Crowberry Consulting® Ltd is an environment, ethics and corporate responsibility management consultancy. The Crowberry Consulting team have over 16 years experience of working with businesses to provide sustainable solutions.

Our core services include environmental, energy and ethical training, auditing and consultancy. Our core products relate to ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard, ISO 50001:2011 Energy Management Standard, ISO 20121:2012 Sustainable Events Management Standard and Ethical Auditing including SEDEX and RJC.


Our mission is to provide our clients with intelligence, integrity and inspiration in the field of sustainability, energy and environmental management.


We are a community engaged business and sponsor a Song Thrush bird on the Earth Trust nature reserve and a tropical frog that lives in Manchester Museum's Vivarium. Our team regularly undertake challenges such as 10K and 5K runs and Swimming for Charities such as Cancer Research and British Heart Foundation.


Our work is 100% client confidential, we have worked with many big name brands and many small to medium enterprises over the last ten years. Our clients have included Thomond Park (Limerick), Croke Park (Dublin), Lancaster University, Economic Solutions Ltd, The Authentic Food Company, London Olympic Games Organising Committee (LOCOG), to name a few - we hope we can work with yours soon!


We take our environmental impacts and quality delivery very seriously and have implemented a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008 which we achieved certification for in 2015. As a business we have also implemented and achieved certification in the Cyber Essentials Standard which provides customers with confidence in both our quality and security of data.

Meet Our Team


Becky Toal | Managing Director



Becky Toal has had over sixteen years experience as an Environmental & Sustainability Manager and has skills in corporate responsibility, environmental and energy auditing and sustainable procurement. Becky established Crowberry Consulting Ltd in 2006 and has grown the business and services that we provide since this time. Having worked for the Co-operative Group for five years, heading up the Environmental Programme, and for English Nature as the Environment Manager, Becky has provided advice to a wide range of sectors and had delivered management systems (including ISO 14001, 20121 and 50001), corporate responsibility reports and training on social, ethical and environmental issues since 2000.


Trained as an environmental auditor, Becky is a Chartered Environmentalist (C.Env), a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA) and holds degrees in Environmental Management (MBA), Environmental Impact Assessment (MSc) and Ecology (BSc). Becky has provided sustainability advice and carbon footprints and verification to the following sectors: Retail; Banking; Agriculture; Hotels, Pharmacy (Retail); Charity; Travel; Automotive; Government; Food Manufacturing, Product Manufacturing, Chemicals, Textiles, Paper Mills, Recycling, Funeral sector; and non-governmental organisations.


Becky is a Lead Auditor to the following Standards ISO14001, ISO50001 and ISO20121. Becky is also a registered Ethical Auditor with SEDEX and RJC, for your bespoke enquiry on Ethical Audits or Ethical Management Systems call us today.

Nathan Green | Project Manager (Sustainability Apprentice)



Nathan Green joined in August 2016 taking on the role of Project Manager (Sustainability) Apprentice. He is currently working on completing his ILM Level 3 Project Management after completing the study of A-Levels at Runshaw College.

Mary Finnegan | Office Manager



Crowberry Consulting Ltd would like to give a warm welcome to the newest member of the team, Mary Finnegan. Mary joined the Crowberry Consulting team at the end of July in the role of Office Manager and has begun her Business Administration Level 2 journey with Learndirect. Mary said: ‘This is an exciting opportunity to work with a local company and gain experience in the environmental sector. I am looking forward to the challenges that are ahead’.
